We will promote your property to a broad audience ensuring it is leased quickly using a combination of the following methods: Professional Photography, For Lease board, Window displays, Leading internet sites such as, Domain, Homely Our own website and Social Media platforms.

Tenant selection

We will find the most suitable tenant for your property, by providing extensive background checks with previous Real Estate agencies and employers, credit checks and character references.

Initial Inspection & condition report

Before the Tenants move in, our Property Manager will conduct a thorough inspection of the property and complete a condition report accompanied by photographs so that we have all appropriate documentation for the end of the tenancy.

Maintenance & Repairs

We take maintenance very seriously as we want to keep your property In the best condition possible as well as being comfortable for the tenants. Any maintenance will be authorised by the Landlord before any work is carried out ( a part from emergency works) We have an excellent data base of reliable trades people whom we have worked with for several years and trust to get the job done right.

Routine Inspections

We will conduct periodic routine inspections in person to inspect the condition of the property and ensure that it is being taken care of.

Rental Payments

Rental payments will be collected monthly and credited into your chosen account.
